Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must report the damage within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear, unedited Unboxing Video and Photos starting from the opening of the original courier seal/packaging to the point where the damage is visible.
Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund claims will be entertained.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are ONLY accepted if the product is received in a damaged or faulty condition.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
No Returns for "Change of Mind"
Please choose your jewellery carefully. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind after purchase or if you do not like the style/fit upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons worn jewellery are strictly non-returnable.
Sale items or customized orders are final sale.
Process for Return
If your damage claim is approved based on the unboxing video, we will guide you through the next steps for a replacement or refund.
