STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Payment & Invoices

    1. All invoices must be paid within 21 working days, unless otherwise stated.

    2. Late payments will incur a 10% interest on the outstanding amount.

    3. In case of late payment, the company reserves the right to suspend services.

  2. Outstanding Payment after 60 Days

    1. If payment remains unpaid for more than 60 days, the company may engage a debt recovery agency.

    2. All legal costs associated with recovery will be payable by the client.

  3. 3. Tax and Local Laws

    1. Certain countries may apply withholding tax, which must be paid by the client.

    2. Rk Royal Jewels is not responsible for any local tax or legal costs.

    3. The full invoice amount must be paid to Rk Royal Jewels.

  4. 4. Products & Services

    1. The company will make its best effort to provide products and services on time.

    2. However, there is no guarantee of results.

    3. The company is not responsible for any consumer claims filed against the client.

    5. 5. Claims

    1. To be admissible, any claim must be reported to the company within 8 days of delivery of goods or services via registered letter.

    6. Legal Jurisdiction

    All contractual relations will be governed exclusively by the laws of Australia.
